    Saw a longer program about this bird once, I also though “just repeating stuff”, but at one point while they (not the trainer, more the camara crew) were really stressing it out a little it didn’t do as they wanted it to for the cameras, it just said a sad little “no more”. At that point I knew the feathered guy didn’t just have a bird brain.

    Yeah I had an African Grey parrot called Sam. He threw water at everyone. ANd he always said pooooooor saaaaaaam. He started sayign shut up cuz my sister was watchign tv and he kept sayign that. he once flew onto my head digging his clawd feet into my head. we eventually gave him up.
